Important: The following Subscription Payment Terms set forth an agreement between you and Pet Greens Australia PTY LTD. with respect to the subscription Pet Greens products you have selected for purchase (the “Subscription Service”). Please carefully read these Subscription Payment Terms (the “Payment Terms”) before checking the “Yes, I agree to the subscription terms of use and renewal policy” box. By checking the “Yes, I agree to the subscription terms of use and renewal policy ” box, you will permit Pet Greens to charge applicable reoccurring subscription fees for the duration of your subscription (the “Subscription Service”).
If you do not agree to these Payment Terms, you may not subscribe to the Subscription Service you selected. If we make amendments to these Payment Terms, we will post the updated Payment Terms on the product page. You will be deemed to have accepted these Payment Terms, as amended, if you continue to use the Subscription Services after the updated Payment Terms have been posted.
Auto-Renewal for Subscription Services
You authorize Pet Greens or its payment processor to charge the applicable recurring subscription fees to your designated billing payment method. When you initially subscribe to a Subscription Service, you will be charged immediately for the initial period of the subscription at the then-current fee. By choosing a product with a recurring payment plan, you acknowledge that such Subscription Service has an initial and recurring payment feature and you accept responsibility for all recurring charges prior to cancellation.
The initial period of the subscription are dependent on the subscription selected and can reoccur every 7, 14 or 30 days, for a duration of either 90 or 180 days. Recurring payments are collected on the same day of the month, dependent on the subscription selected. If the initial recurring payment falls on the 31st, Pet Greens will adjust the billing cycle to the 1st of the month after the next month that has less than 31 days. If the initial recurring payment falls on the 29th or 30th of the month, Pet Greens will adjust the billing cycle to the 1st of the month on the following February.
To change or terminate your Subscription Services at any time, contact Pet Greens Australia on 1300 473 847 or email scooney@freshflowersgroup.com.au. Your subscription will not be terminated until you receive communication from Pet Greens and should not be considered terminated until you have received a response from Pet Greens.
Termination
If Pet Greens believes that you have violated these Payment Terms or any other applicable terms and conditions, Pet Greens may suspend or terminate your access to the Subscription Services at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice, effective immediately. All fees paid hereunder are non-refundable. Pet Greens may also in its sole discretion, and at any time, modify or discontinue the subscription service, or any part thereof, with notice. You agree that Pet Greens is not liable to you or any third-party for any interference with, or termination of, your access to the Subscription Service. We may also deactivate your account without notice to you if payment is past due, regardless of the amount. You agree to pay any outstanding balance in full within thirty (30) days of cancellation or termination of your Subscription Service.
